Sproll Presents and Receives Award at National Convention

Paul Sproll (Professor, Teaching + Learning in Art + Design) gave two juried presentations – Developing a Foundation for a Pedagogy for Design in the Art Classroom and Visualizing Curriculum: Making Instruction and Learning Visible at the recent National Art Education Association (NAEA) Convention in Chicago.

Sproll was also honored by NAEA’s Design Issues Group (DIG) with its 2016 Outstanding Design Educator Award.┬áDIG’s Chairperson, Jan Norman, spoke of Sproll’s “accomplishments, and powerful leadership in promoting awareness of the role of design as a catalyst for learning in art and design and across the curriculum.”
