RISD faculty garner RISCA grants and fellowships
The Rhode Island State Council on the Arts has announced the recipients of its 2013 fellowships and grants to individuals.

In the Grants to Individual category
Daniel Sousa, Critic, FAV, to help in the release of his animated film “Feral” .
Mikhail Mansion, Critic, Illustration and Babette Allina, Government Relations and a diverse group of collaborators to create an exhibit at the Ladd Observatory that uses an advanced blend of visual mechanisms, sculptural objects and live musical performance
Jim Wolpaw, Critic, FAV, for a one hour documentary film that will examine the history of the Ladd Center, Rhode Island’s now closed institution for the developmentally disabled and the lives of those who lived there.
