Yeadon in Good Design

Good Design magazine is making an Edge of Progress Tour to meet and interview some of the most innovative thinkers in the United States.  First stop on the tour was Decker/Yeadon, the New York City firm of Peter Yeadon (Asst. Professor, Interior Architecture)  and his partner Martina Decker.  Decker and Yeadon are experimenting with nanotubes as a building material for applications such as window shades that shut or open depending on ambient temperature, no mechanical parts needed. Yeadon received a RISD Professional Development Fund Award to develop the early stages of this research.
