Jonathan Knowles (Asst. Professor, Architecture) received a 9000 euro grant from the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) for travel to Germany during Wintersession. Knowles will take his Design Studio class to the University of Applied Sciences in Erfurt for the month of January to study and develop zero-energy housing prototypes.
Elizabeth Dean Hermann (Professor, Landscape Architecture) was a member of the panel titled “Made By Survivors: Exploring Issues of Human Slavery + Work” at the Impact Conference @ Sustainatopia in Miami on April 24.
