IT Services New Password Service Enrollment

RISD IT Services is sending out a friendly reminder to encourage those who have not yet enrolled in the new password service, to go ahead and take this opportunity to enroll.   Once enrolled, this self-service tool allows you to conveniently and securely change or reset your own RISD account password via text message or email.
You do not have to change your password to enroll, simply log in to the new service with your current credentials, click on the enrollment tab and enter a mobile number and/or alternate email address.  Be sure to click on the update button to save your information and you are finished.

This new service will replace the old service pwchange on February 28, 2017

How do I enroll? 

Desktop

Open a web browser and visit password.risd.edu.
Select “Change Password / Enroll” option and log in with your current RISD credentials.
Click on the enroll tab and enter a mobile number and/or an alternate email address.
Click on update to complete.




Mobile

Open a browser and visit password.risd.edu.
Select “Change Password / Enroll” option (green login button) and enter your current RISD credentials.
Click on the person icon (upper left) and select enroll.
Enter a mobile number and/or an alternate email address.
Click update to complete.
