Dean Snyder (Professor, Sculpture) is featured as part of a group exhibition at the Tang Teaching Museum of Art (815 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY), his piece is entitled Arachna’s Arcade. The exhibition, Sixfold Symmetry: Pattern in Art & Science, was curated by Rachel Roe-Dale and Rachel Seligman and explores some of the ways in which human beings create and manipulate patterns, and why we are intrinsically driven to do so.

Snyder is also participating in an exhibition titled Plastic Imagination at the Fitchburg Museum of Art (185 Elm Street, Fitchburg, MA). As part of this show he will be exhibiting three new sculptures in epoxy composite and pressure cast polycarbonate. Plastic Imagination is on show now through 15th January 2017.
