Exhibition January 22 to February 11, 2015
Brown University Granoff Center for the Creative Arts

The Brown|RISD Dual Degree Program is a five-year program in which students are dually enrolled in Brown University and the Rhode Island School of design and may earn a Bachelor of Arts at Brown a Bachelor of Fine Arts at RISD. Since the program began in 2008, the students have continued to host an annual exhibition featuring their work.

This year’s exhibition is titled Of[f] Course: The 7th Annual Brown-RISD Dual Degree Exhibition. This year’s exhibition focuses on themes of expectations, routine, and deviation. Meander your way through the expected and unexpected with maps, babies, road signs, and even a giant rat! The event will include refreshments and will feature interactive pieces. We were inspired by what is obvious, second guessing decisions, notions of editing, and taking control to establish a routine versus break a habit. Duh.

If you are unable to make the opening night, we would be delighted to have you come anytime during the exhibit, which will be up from January 22 to February 11.
