“Intersections of Art, Science and Community” at Brown University

Brown University will host Artists and Scientists as Partners (ASaP) symposium events in Widening the Circle: Intersections of Art, Science and Community.

ASaP was born in March of 2012 to facilitate educational programs on the topic of arts and health, and to work with both medical and arts practitioners to foster creative, integrative health practices. This year the symposium is part of Widening the Circle: Intersections of Art, Science and Community, a series of master classes, lecture demonstrations, performances, and seminars in addition to an evening of live music and dance with the Mark Morris Dance Group. Widening the Circle was developed by FirstWorks and American Dance Legacy Initiative, in collaboration with Artists and Scientists as Partners, Brown University, and Mark Morris Dance Group. The symposium’s events will be held between the dates of February 21st and March 8th.
