Leora Maltz-Leca awarded Creative Capital|Warhol Foundation Arts Writers Grant

Leora Maltz-Leca (Assistant Professor, History of Art and Visual Culture) is a recipient of The Creative Capital | Warhol Foundation Arts Writers Grant for the 2010 grant cycle. The program was” designed to encourage and reward writing about contemporary art that is rigorous, passionate, eloquent and precise, as well as to create a broader audience for arts writing. In its 2010 cycle, the Arts Writers Grant Program has awarded $600,000  to twenty individual writers.” Maltz-Leca received the award in recognition for her book “William Kentridge: Process as Metaphor and Other Doubtful Enterprises”.
